Product: Easy Jet is a low cost airlines company also based in London that proposed cheap flight tickets to different destinations such as Paris, Barcelona or Berlin. Also, the company allows their customers to buy extra services they may need such as car rental, airport transfers, insurance, excursions and activities

Price: The pricing strategy of Easy Jet is to set cheap, affordable prices in order to acquire a foothold in the market and to attract customers. They also set their price according to the different seasons but they are still affordable.

Promotion: In order to boost to maximise their profit, Easy Jet will advertise their services and their products through various formats such as their website, newspapers, pop-ups, TV, radio, or the internet. In addition, Easy Jet can advertised through travel/flight comparison websites. Easy Jet also send promotional offers to their members emails with promotional offers.

Place: Easy Jet sells its product and services online, though their website -www.easyjet.com- The company can also sell its products offline, through travel agencies. In addition, Easy jet operates on over 600 routes across more than 30 countries with their fleet of over 200 Airbus aircraft.

People: As Easy Jet is an online company, it makes sure that they provide sections, such as Help, FAQ’s and a whole section dedicated to customer service in their website in order help the customers as efficiently as possible.

Process: Easy Jet make sure that there is a effective and sufficient presence of staff at the airport in order to respond effectively to the concerns, questions and queries of their customers. Easy Jet also make sure that all accurate information are available in their websites. Customers would have to fill a "form" while they are booking their flight tickets.

Physical Evidence: Even though Easy Jet is essentially based online, the company still provide their services through travel agencies or in the airport itself.

Online Promotion: Tesco uses online promotion in different ways:

  • Search engine optimisation: Easy Jet has paid money to be register with Google and to have the adequate keywords that will make their website on top of a pertinent searches carried out by people. For example, when we write "Cheap flight company in Uk" in google, we can find the Easy Jet's website in the top three.

  • Banner Advertisements: Banner adverts that automatically scrolls can be found in Easy Jet's website, they are placed in their "Home page". Presently, those banner adverts, offers on flight ticket.

  • Email promotion: Easy Jet also send emails to their customers, with their consent in order to inform them about the latests promotions and offers that they propose.

Individualising market attention: According to me and my researches, East Jet does not do individualising. Jet Air does not personalise its page based on information about previous visits to the website.

Mass customisation: According to me and my researches, East Jet does not use mass customisation.

Increased information and product impact: Easy Jet's website gives detailed information about their services, such as their price, in order to allow their customers to do some comparaison and to have more confidence while they purchase them.

Reaching wider markets: Easy Jet uses their website to reach their 32 markets including in the Europe.

Mix between online and online activities: Easy Jet has mostly an online sales channel, however some vacancy agencies sell their services.
